We are open Monday-Friday from 7am to 9pm (last appointment at 8pm), on Saturday from 9am to 3pm (last appointment at 2pm) and on Sunday from 9am to 1pm (last appointment at 12 noon).
Set on Broadway between 108 and 109th Street, in a storefront, PSYG INC. is a studio that works
with one - two - three individuals at a time. The combination of Pilates and Yoga creates
a holistic approach to the individual needs of each client, be it an athlete in training, an individual
pre or post surgery or a person interested in learning the principles of Pilates and Yoga.
